All the rights of reproduction, adaptation, duplication, photography, reprography, visual recordings, sale of prints, merchandising, commercial exploitation and other such further use with respect to the present artwork shall be retained by the artist. Additionally, the purchase of an original painting or print does not grant permission to mint the piece into an NFT. Any infringement with regards to the present artwork shall be a violation.
